Modivcare Modivcare Jenkintown, PA Jenkintown, PA Full-time Full-time $70,000 - $130,000 a year $70,000 - $130,000 a year PCS, a Modivcare service, is looking for an HRBP to be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, executing key Human Resources (HR) initiatives, providing responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and continuous improvement.
Please note this role will cover our Jenkintown, PA office as well as several offices in NJ and will require some travel.
You will Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Consult with assigned management and provides HR guidance to management and employees.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Assist leadership with developing and enhancing their leadership style and management effectiveness through group and one-one coaching.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with respective business leaders.
Participate in appropriate MBR and QBR reviews.
Manage HRBP BU Workboard reporting.
Work with management on employee issues such as leave of absence, ADA requests, and FMLA administration with partnership from Employee Life Cycle.
Responsible for execution of workplace accommodations identified in the interactive process.
Partner and consult with managers to guide conversations, documentation, and performance of team members.
Owner of performance management intake and resolution process for respective BU.
Provide coaching and support for all fields and administrative disciplinary actions.
Work with management to monitor turnover; ensure exit interviews are conducted to identify and evaluate causes of turnover; assist management in developing action plans to address causes of turnover.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

New hire check ins at 90 days.
Responsible for monthly HR dashboard reporting to assigned region.
Provide data driven recommendations to the region to make a positive impact.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues; Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and recommend changes.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with the legal department as needed.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.
g.
, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Identify training needs and engages Organizational Development; Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Facilitate monthly soft skills training within region monthly.
Facilitate monthly manager training within region monthly.
Maintain and protect confidential and personal information and data demonstrating discretion, judgment, and care; Ensure all personnel files are complete according to company guidelines and are kept in a secured location; Administer or oversee HR related paperwork from hire to termination which includes new hire orientation and onboarding, employee changes, terminations, benefits eligibility and enrollment, worker's compensation and OSHA reporting and administration.
May respond to unemployment claims as necessary to include hearing preparation and attendance.
Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
Business travel required.
We are excited to speak to someone with the following Five (5) plus years of experience, seven (7) plus years of experience strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI Professional of Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and federal and state employment laws Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; approachable and responsive; ability to develop strong working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels; ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision making.

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
