Summary:
PART TIME 15 HRS/WEEK, hybrid position.
You would help with billing, therapist insurance credentialling, and other duties.
Flexible schedule.
Training available.
Duties:
- Assist our Billing Manager with aging (Accounts Receivable) by researching unpaid claims, and resubmitting or disputing rejections.
We are willing to train you to do this task.
-Assist in the credentialing process for therapists.
We will train you.
-Other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of medical office experience - Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with one electronic medical records system (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, TheraNest etc.
) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
