Patient Care Assistant II
Position
Summary:
The Patient Care Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs the assigned tasks of direct patient care, clerical duties and some housekeeping duties.
Acts as a patient/customer advocate and HR representative, meeting patient/family needs throughout the hospital experience.
Recruitment Requirements:
High School Diploma/EquivalencyPrevious clinical health care experience is preferredProficient in phlebotomy and EKGs.
Must be available for alternating shiftsMeets performance standards within introductory periodEOE Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Electrocardiography Health Care Housekeeping Phlebotomy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
