We have created a collaborative and supportive environment for our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop their analytical skills in Behavioral Health. This includes regular individual supervision with our leadership team members, participation in team meetings, and opportunities to engage in behavioral analytics research and discussion.
All of our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positions have a complete employment package for both full-time and part-time roles.
Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):
Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred
Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole
Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions' team members through approved supervision activities
Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites
Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors
Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate
Qualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
BCBA certification
Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to see families in the evenings (3-4 nights/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
